I’m a London based yoga teacher who moved here from Poland in 2011 to find my purpose in life. After suffering from bad anxiety, panic attacks and depression I was instinctively drawn towards meditation and mindful movement. As I continued to practice yoga, I noticed shifts in my mental and physical health. I knew it was something I would like to do more of and maybe make it my future career. As a waitress, barmaid, cleaner, babysitter then pub manager I always felt that I was not good enough to become someone’s ‘teacher’. In 2016 I fell down the stairs and broke my coccyx. Not being able to walk and move for few weeks really motivated me to live my life to the fullest and pursue my dream of becoming a yoga teacher.
Currently, I’m teaching public and private classes, alongside organising global wellness retreats. My biggest goal is to make yoga more available and accessible worldwide.
If you are someone who is looking to improve flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular health or perhaps you want to reduce anxiety, stress, depression and start to sleep better than join me on the mat! Whether you are an experienced yogi or complete beginner I will help you to find what FEELS GOOD FOR YOU. I belief that Yoga is a lifelong journey to a better self. Let me be a part of it.

Private classes are ideal if you want to take your practice deeper, work on something specific or learn the correct alignments to prevent injuries. I can tailor one to one private, small group or corporate classes.
Whether you want to practice in the comfort of your living room, bring yoga to work and share your experience with your coworkers, during private events like a birthday party or your best friend’s hen do, please get in touch.
Southern Italy Wellness Retreat
Join Andrea Farrell and me for a wellness retreat in Southern Italy May 30th - June 3rd. The retreat center is located near the town of Nardò, close to the sea, in the heel of the boot of Italy.
